First morning in Penang and the starting meal must be a traditional Southeast Asia breakfast! Based on the recommendation from a colleague who is from Penang, let's proceed to OO White Coffee Carnarvon Plus! Do note that there is another nearby branch which is non-air-conditioned but without the plus name. Prices would be cheaper but also a lot more crowded with customers.
