Whenever i see a hawker stall selling just one dish, my curiosity would be piqued as the operator must be darn confident of what he/she offers without the need to diversify their customer base. Put it this way, a family of five might not all like cheng tng; one may prefer ice kacang and another could have a craving for chendol instead.
